GD Services is an affiliate of Ocean State Properties and is one of the first schools in the RI to offer ARELLO certified courses beginning January 2007. Approved by RI Department of Business Regulations Real Estate Division, eLearning is the most economical and efficient way of learning. GD Services who is an affiliate of Ocean State Properties will not base course fees, entrance standards or standards for successful completion of a course on a student's race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial status or handicap.
